LittleLock does not collect anything about you or your child. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no servers.
Everything you add — profile names, photos, saved links — stays on your device. I never see any of it.
When you set up LittleLock, you can create profiles, organize categories, and save links to videos. That includes:
All of it is stored in LittleLock's private storage on your iPhone or iPad. None of it is transmitted anywhere, and I have no way to access it.
There is one exception, and it is worth explaining plainly.
When you paste a link while adding a video, LittleLock contacts that link's website to fetch the title and preview image, so you don't have to type them yourself. This means the website you linked to — YouTube, for example — receives a request from your device, the same as if you had opened the link in Safari.
Nothing about you or your child is included in that request, and nothing is sent to me.
LittleLock is designed for parents to set up and manage. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Photos of children that a parent chooses as profile avatars remain on the device and are never uploaded.
LittleLock uses Face ID, or your device passcode, to protect the settings screen. This is handled entirely by iOS. LittleLock only receives confirmation that authentication succeeded or failed, and never has access to your biometric data.
You can remove individual profiles, categories, and videos at any time from within the app. To erase everything at once, open Settings and choose Reset All Data.
Deleting LittleLock from your device also removes everything it stored.
If LittleLock ever changes in a way that affects this policy, I will update this page and change the date above. If a future version collects anything, that will be stated clearly here before it ships.
